Job Description:
Compressor Rebuild Technician We’re seeking a skilled Rebuild
Technician who excels at solving complex problems, takes pride in
precision work, and thrives in a team that values craftsmanship and
accountability. Backed by decades of expertise, this group restores
industrial engines and reciprocating compressors essential to
critical operations. It’s a hands-on, detail-driven environment
where your work makes a difference. Minimum of 3 years of
verifiable, hands-on experience rebuilding reciprocating
compressors or industrial engines is required . What You’ll Do Tear
down and rebuild reciprocating compressors and industrial engines
to OEM specifications. Diagnose mechanical failures and execute
full system restorations. Use precision measurement tools
(micrometers, calipers, etc.) to verify tolerances and part fit.
Interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to determine
appropriate parts and procedures. Prepare detailed repair reports
for management and quality control documentation. What You Bring
Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience rebuilding
industrial engines or reciprocating compressors. Tools: Must
provide and maintain your own professional-grade mechanic tool set.
Skills: Strong mechanical troubleshooting, blueprint reading, and
accurate use of precision measuring tools. Work Schedule Four
10-hour shifts, Monday–Thursday (40 hours/week). Overtime available
