Job Description:

The CLASS Instructional Specialist supports implementation of the Classroom Assessment Scoring System (CLASS®) across the OUR Local Lead catchment area by coordinating observations, supporting educator growth, and strengthening adult–child interactions through coaching, professional learning, and data use. This position works under the Local Lead Captain to ensure fidelity of CLASS implementation while building educator capacity and improving classroom quality outcomes. The role blends technical expertise, instructional coaching, data coordination, and relationship-based support.
