Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Rogers, AR, is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide maternity leave coverage. This contract position
involves working one day per week with a middle school caseload,
supporting approximately 20 students at a single school site. The
role is ideal for professionals holding an SLP Certificate of
Clinical Competence (CCC) or those in their Clinical Fellowship
Year (CFY), as candidates at the CFY level will be considered. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive speech-language therapy
services to middle school students. Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with
educators and families. Monitor and document student progress,
adjusting therapy goals as needed. Participate in team meetings and
contribute to a positive educational environment. Ensure compliance
with school and state regulations regarding speech-language
services. Desired Qualifications: Valid SLP certification with CCC
preferred; CFY candidates welcome. Experience working in school
settings with K-12 populations. Strong communication and
interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, families,
and staff. Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20
students. Reliable, professional, and adaptable to a
one-day-per-week schedule. Location: Rogers, Arkansas Schedule:
