Job Description Job Description Assistant Project Manager Salary: $60,000 per year Company Truck Provided Office Locations: Marietta, GA & Fayetteville, GA About the Role We are seeking a motivated and detail?oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our growing operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast?paced construction environment, enjoys problem?solving, and can manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining strong communication and organization. Responsibilities Determine and validate project scope, including site visits, layout drawings, and preparation of work descriptions and specifications Support Sales and Estimating teams with design input, scheduling, and material specifications for proposals Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed and effective Assist the project lead with day?to?day project coordination Update site notes as directed by Project and Program Managers Participate in monthly job reviews Assist with scheduling and onboarding subcontractors Coordinate purchasing and delivery of project materials Communicate with stakeholders onsite and offsite to keep them informed of project progress Initiate and manage Change Orders, ensuring proper tracking, documentation, and approval Provide complete documentation throughout the project lifecycle, including regular progress updates Keep supervisors informed of project status, risks, and any issues affecting completion Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in construction or related field, or equivalent experience (students currently pursuing a degree also considered) Experience in a construction environment preferred Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Proficiency with MS Office and Bluebeam Competitive, customer?focused mindset Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and project conditions Willingness and ability to travel as needed Physical ability to walk large job sites, climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs., and frequently use stairs Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive salary of $60,000/year Company truck provided Opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding organization Supportive team environment Work based out of our Marietta or Fayetteville office locations Why Join Us?
