Job Description:
Company Summary: The focus of Hodge Western Corp over the last
20 years started in heavy civil and evolved into technology-driven,
specialty underground utility construction. We operate in three
divisions: Renewables, Rock Trenching, and Directional Drilling.
Our company works on projects throughout the western, southern, and
midwestern United States. We are passionate about executing and

safety and efficiency over traditional means and methods. Job
Location: Bentonville, AR – ability to travel to facilities in
Arkansas, Texas, and Illinois monthly as needed to maintain
landscaping (75% of time) and perform maintenance (25% of time).
Job Type: Full-time, flex schedule. Reports To: Executive
Management Position Overview: The Facilities Maintenance Manager is
responsible for the upkeep of company owned and leased properties.
This includes personally performing outdoor maintenance tasks such
as mowing, trimming, and seasonal landscaping. Key
Responsibilities: Perform landscape maintenance including mowing,
trimming, edging, weed control, and debris removal at various
company properties across multiple states. Operate and maintain
outdoor equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and leaf blowers.
Monitor and manage maintenance schedules, equipment and supplies.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes when
performing duties. Schedule and oversee external contractors for
specialized repairs or services. Respond promptly to
facility-related emergencies and ensure timely resolutions. Duties
as assigned. Qualifications: 2-4 years of landscaping and
facilities maintenance experience. Familiarity with building
systems and grounds maintenance tools and equipment. Ability to
operate machinery such as riding mowers, string trimmers, and snow
removal equipment. Strong organizational, time management,
leadership, and communication skills. Comfortable working outdoors
in various weather conditions. Valid driver’s license required; CDL
a plus. Ability to be insured by the company to drive on behalf of
the company. Compensation and Benefits: Annual Salary: starting at
$60,000.00 per year, based on experience. 100% Company-paid Medical
