Job Title: Financial Operations Associate Location: Tulsa,
Oklahoma Position Overview: System One has partnered with a Tulsa
company that is looking for a dedicated Financial Operations
Associate to join their dynamic team. This position is central to
ensuring the accurate processing and maintenance of financial
records within their operational department. You will manage
various transactions, conduct data reconciliation, and assist with
compliance requirements, all while striving to enhance the overall
efficiency of operations. The right candidate will embrace
collaboration with colleagues and demonstrate a commitment to
continuous professional growth in response to evolving processes
and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Account Management &
Processing: Oversee the management of incoming account transfers
and registrations, ensuring precise and timely processing. Handle
essential adjustments related to account ownership and comply with
relevant regulations. Financial Reconciliation & Reporting: Conduct
thorough research and adjustments on financial data to uphold
reporting accuracy and tax compliance. Execute monthly
reconciliations and generate critical reports, supporting
investment oversight and data integrity. Corporate Actions &
Compliance: Monitor and process corporate actions, including stock
splits, mergers, and dividends to ensure client accounts are
updated accurately. Manage claims for class actions and ensure
eligible accounts receive settlements per legal stipulations.
Operational Support: Assist in month-end financial processes by
reconciling transactions and addressing various operational tasks.
Promote adherence to compliance standards by coordinating necessary
training sessions for financial documentation and transactions.
Cross-Training & Development: Engage in cross-training initiatives
to enhance departmental flexibility and contribute to a culture of
continuous improvement. Participate in special projects, ensuring
seamless operations and fostering innovation within trust services.
Qualifications: Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree in
Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is
preferred; equivalent work experience in financial services will be
considered. 2-4 years of relevant experience in financial
operations, banking, investment services, or a related field is
preferred, with familiarity in account transfers, reconciliations,
and corporate actions being advantageous. Skills: Exceptional
attention to detail and precision in financial transactions. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with excellent
organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency with financial systems and tools, including Microsoft
Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Communication: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to
convey complex information clearly to clients and within the team.
